A licensed attorney (New York, New Jersey) and solicitor (England and Wales) with 15 years across financial services compliance and fintech infrastructure. Kevin has built compliance programs and technology systems for fintechs and financial institutions across five continents, including Citi, UnionPay International, and high-growth startups.
His work spans BSA/AML, OFAC sanctions, payments infrastructure, and cross-border regulatory architecture.
